Belated Birthday

I know, I know.  You're wondering where the close ups of Valentine's 4 and 5 are.  Well, let's just say it's late and I don't remember which memory card they are on.  So... since I'm a horrible BFF and forgot Jared's birthday again this year.  I decided I should make it and post it tonight!  I will be putting it in the mail box first thing in the morning.

This is from a new stamp set that is in Serendipity.  I've just been dying to try it out. 


So, Jared, this one is for you!

Valentine - Card Class

I've already told you all about my card class last night!  Truthfully, I'm super tired.  After the class last night, I remembered that I needed to pick up sodas for the PTO yard sale today.  So, at midnight I was on my way to Wal-Mart.  Then, I didn't fall asleep until 2 and back up at 5:30.  Worked the yard sale until 10 then off to Tyler's basketball game (lost by 1 I think - boo hoo)!  Back to the yard sale to pick up my tables and things (I thought I was going to help them clean up but they were finished before I got back.)  Then, we went to the Italian Festival in Tradition square - super, yummy food.  After this post, I'm off to Mark's game.  I think I'll take a nap when we get back and then start designing Valentine's for the 6th graders next week.

So, today I'm going to show off that really cute lollipop card.  It was our first project last night.  Plus, while blog surfing this afternoon Crazy 4 Challenges challenge C4C22 is to use a lollipop.  I'm participating and didn't even know it when I made the card!

Supplies:  t-3266 little darlins, v-237 scarlet cardstock (TAC),  black cardstock, white cardstock, k-100 crop-a-dile,  f-15 prismacolor pencils and of course the LOLLIPOP!

Serendipity

What is serendipity you ask? 1. an aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident. This is the meaning I found when typing it into my search engine. Of course, below is the what TAC believes the meaning is:



The greatest catalog ever is what I say!!!!!! OMG! I just looked at the cover and was blown away. Our catalog covers just keep improving. I wasn't sure how they could top the cover to the inspiration book but they did. Where do they find these super cute kids?!!!!!

The picture below would have to be my favorite part of the catalog. Can you see all of the little pink post its? These are all stamps sets and accessories that I MUST have. I picked this page because it had the most post its on it.



I'm hoping to run across a little serendipity while using these stamp sets. You may begin purchasing anything in this catalog 2/1. In addition, you can still purchase items from the fall supplement and the inspiration book.
