Final Christmas card (this season)

This is the most unusual Christmas card I've ever done. Not typical Christmas colors and definitely not a typical Christmas stamp. Many of the gals chose not to put a sentiment on this particular card. They decided to use it for another type of card whether it be birthday or sympathy or anything in between.

The flower stamp set is called simply divine. The merry Christmas came from one of the hostess sets. The inks are brilliance pearlescent ivy and crimson and burnt umber palette for the sentiment. All of the paper except for the ivory came from the willoughby collection. The ribbon was also part of this same collection. Let's hear it for TAC. Isn't it great that they sell so many collections. No more guessing what paper goes with what. I forgot to tell everyone that I used the paper piercer underneath the sentiment.

I hope to have a couple of New Year's cards for you next week. This will be my last post for this week. Mark gets his tonsils out on Thursday. I'll be busy. He should be feeling quite fine by Monday.

Have a super end to your week.

It's a great design Suzanne. I like the Christmas theme here and I'd definitely make some for all occasions. I love all the coordinating pieces to the SWIC kits.

Great job on a 'non-traditional' Christmas card!
