As I told you in my last post, I've been working on some swaps. This was yet another failed attempt at a Christmas card for a swap. I have received that swap back. I'm so pleased with the end result of everyone who participated!! What fabulous ideas! I'll post some of them for everyone to see. I want to wait a couple more days for that though. I want to show you all of my failed attempts. I can't remember if there are one or two more. Again, this one failed my test because of the muted colors. I'm just not fond of it. I really love that scallop punch. I will tell you that I did not use it on the final card. I went so many different directions with this. I can't believe I ended up where I did.
Supplies used: v - 846 Reece swic paper collection, copper brads, r - 3037(?) stamp set, tt - 214 landscape palette ink, d- 700 scallop punch, and b - 325 Reece card stock
I really like this stamp set. It is one of my favorites from the fall supplement. It ended being used in the final product for the swap. I also sent my swap card into TAC for the catalogue design call. I don't know if it will get selected but I will definitely let everyone know if it did. I sent 2 other cards in for the catalogue. We will see if any got selected. I'm not generally very lucky that way. So, I'm not holding my breath. I would surely turn blue!!!LOL! If it did get selected, I wonder if I'm even suppose to show it here?! hmmmm!
Well I hope you have a T - rific Tuesday.
