OK! I have some news to report! TAC is having a contest. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the contest link to enter. If you receive this via email, you'll need to actually go to my blog www.papercraftingingparadise.blogspot.com. I also updated the SOTM and there are a couple of extra specials going too. Check out all of the links. They've recently been updated.
I received an email yesterday from Shayla at TAC. She let me know that my catalog submissions were received. She is unable to tell me whether or not any of mine were selected. Mischelle (TAC founder and owner) likes to keep it a surprise until the catalog is released. Well, that got me to thinking. (you know that's bad!) So, I decided that I wouldn't show the final card until I find out if it's been published. I know it's horrible of me but if I have to be kept in suspense, then sorry but so do you. The only people who have seen it were the ones involved in the swap. The good thing about this is that I now know what one of my blog entries for the end of January/first of February will be.
So, here is the final attempt. Keep in mind that I wrote everything below this line yesterday. Everything above it wasn't written until today.
Just another attempt! Ugh! Talk about boring. This has got to be one of the most boring cards I've ever made. What could I have possibly been thinking? Well, I was thinking that I like this paper and I LOVE this stamp set! BUT other than that, what was I thinking? Ever hear of less is more? Well, in this case, it is definitely not true!LOL!
Supplies used: v - 846 Reece SWIC, tt - 195 L'Amore red palette ink, b - 325 Reece card stock and r - 3037 holiday cheer.
Good lord, if I received this in my holiday cards, it would go straight to the trash can. Seriously, I don't know what I was thinking. Just wait until tomorrow. Hopefully, you'll like the end result as much as I did.
Hope your Wednesday is as wonderful as you!
