Hi! I didn't get Evan's gift finished yet. Maybe that will be tomorrow's post. I'm definitely hoping and praying for that.
Today's inspiration is the Reece gift card holder. I learned this at the awesome seminar that TAC held this summer in Wichita. I really enjoy this project. It was another of our projects at my Christmas class on the 10th. I think that this would also make a great manly gift card - not just for Christmas.
Supplies needed for this project include: b-325 Reece card stock, b-228 Reece ribbon, v-846 Reece swic, d-72 extra jumbo circle, f-490 corner rounder and f-358 scor-pal.
I hope you like it.
A few things that I learned today: Several of the gals that attended my Completely Christmas class would like another one. I'm happy to do this. However, the amount of items will be reduced to 5. The cost will be $15. At this point, I'm looking at the 14th as the date. This is not set in stone. If you'd like to attend and this date is good for you, please let me know. If you'd like to attend and this date is not good for you, please let me know when a good date in November would be. I also think that many people are interested in techniques. Would anyone be interested in coming to a class solely based on techniques? This would have to be after Christmas. I'm thinking of something like Terrifically Tubular Techniques. This will most likely be a day class on either Tuesdays or Thursdays once a month. Let me know what you think. I try my best to cater to the customers wishes.
Hope to hear from everyone soon!

I really like your gift card holder. I've been thinking about making these. I think your technique classes are a great idea. TFS.
going to use this card for my gift holders this season, love to come to the next class on the 14th, keep me posted and count me in..
Technique classes are great! Love your title too. Your ladies will have fun with the gift card holder.
We made these in my August class and the gals all sponged the edges (inside and out). It made a different look. Also, you know the little half-circle you punch out on the actual holder part? Well a couple of the gals took the punched piece and adhered it to left inside edge. WOW! (I don't think I'm ever going to tell them the reason why I give classes is so I can see how everyone improves my ideas...lol)
