Ready, set, snow

Another card from our Completely Christmas class!!! This will be the last post from that class. This was a very easy card! I love it!

My dear husband (dh) popped in during the making of this card and started asking all sorts of questions. It's difficult to teach a class to begin with but with 50 questions being thrown at you it is even harder. How much did those stamps cost? can you only make one card with them? why would you pay that much money for stamps? how long does it take to make a card anyway? I explained how much they were, how many came in the set, that you could make multiple cards with one set, when I put it that way--they didn't seem to cost nearly as much (plus the fact that I send out over 60 Christmas cards every year), and after deciding on the idea for the card the making didn't take long at all. It was just coming up with the initial idea. AFTER everyone leaves, he says, 'wow, I didn't realize that there was so much involved. I really learned a lot tonight.' Thank goodness he finally watched me teach a class. Now, my dh no longer has cause for complaint. LOL!!!

Now, after all my rambling, without further adieu.....

Glitter really doesn't photograph well. Sorry about that!!
Supplies used: v-241 navy card stock, s-03 essential glue pad, a-287 prisma glitter, t-2924 ready, set, snow (from the fall supplement) and f-163 marvy heat gun

Hope you enjoyed tonight's inspiration.

So far, I've received 2 responses to my question regarding an additional Christmas card class. I need to hear from you if you'd like to participate.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!!!!

Love the glitter against the navy! My DH sounds like yours, he always needs to check out the class (could be all the hootin' and hollerin' going on though)

Beautiful! I love to see Christmas Cards in non-traditional colors. I wish I could get my DH to watch a class. He doesn't have a clue. hehe. TFS.
