I'm finally back. Things at school are winding down for the year. Monday will be my last day to volunteer for this school year. The boys will finally be out for the summer on Wednesday afternoon. Generally, this isn't something that I'm thankful for. However, this year, I'm so ready for it. Ask me again in a month and I'm sure I will have changed my mind.
I have actually been a card making fool lately. I just haven't had time to sit down and post any of them to the blog. So, this will be the first in a very long series of what I think are really, really, great cards. I'm usually my own worst critic but I have to say that I love what I've done lately.
So, I'm sending this to TAC. It is all done with Miss Moxie papers. I'm not sure of the name of this new set but it is in the Serendipity magalogue. The ink is noir palette ink.
I used pop dots or dimensionals or mounting tape (all depending on where you buy it from) to raise the butterfly.
It was a little time consuming but well worth it in the end. I used my exacto knife to cut out the outline of the image and then tucked the saying underneath.
I really LOVE this card!!!
What would you have done differently?
Have a great weekend!!
Suzanne

Wouldn't change a thing! It's lovely. Can't wait to see all the other cards you have been making lately. I'm sure they will all be great!
I just happen to be LUCKY and have one of these and it is more beautiful IRL. I wouldn't change a thing on this card. Anxious to see your other cards.
Great card! Really pretty
Hey girlie, glad to see you back. Love the card, especially the cutout for tuckin'.
I recognized this card from our recent swap ... it's gorgeous!
I love this card. It came out so nice.
Very pretty, Suzanne! Love how the yellow paper tucks under the flourish :)
