More Cricut and special delivery stamps. Don't ask me where I got the cute little charm! All I can tell you about it is that I purchased it when we lived in Indiana. We haven't lived there for nearly 6 years!

You had asked if the stamp set used on my Butterfly Bits post was from TAC, and the answer is yet. It is on page 59 of the main catty. I used just one of the bold images, and it is usually seen with the other stamps over it
Cute card! Isn't it funny how we purchase things, put them away for use later and forget where we bought them? But 6 years is a long time!!! LOL! TFS that!
Very cute indeed. (and I've got bits and bobs like that charm too, just being 'saved' for that perfect need...lol)
