Christmas cards '09 - 2

First, I'd like to say - I'd had enough of the darkness on the blog.  As you can see, I went the total opposite direction.  October isn't only about Halloween - it's Breast Cancer Awareness month too!  I figure if those HUGE football players can wear pink gloves and shoes, I can put pink on my blog.  Right?!

Those of you that bought kits or attended the October card class - I hope you weren't disappointed that there were only 4 cards and a goodie! If you were, I'll be happy to design a 5th card for you. Please, just let me know!


Today is goodie day! I love Dove chocolate!! Since I'm on a diet (and I've lost 21 pounds) you know I'm not eating it. I couldn't resist this little treat though.





I used a little glue on the top side of the wrapper to center the maroon card stock, folded it and adhered it together on the back side. Then, I adhered the green scallop to the top side of the maroon. The t-3186 holiday boy is stamped with tt-220 noir palette ink. He is colored with Copic Ciao! markers. *They are so worth the money* Finally, the holiday boy is adhered to the scallop with pop dots.


What do you think? Isn't chocolate way better than a 5th card?
